The Albuquerque Junior Symphony is the top-level Middle School full orchestra under the direction of Amy Williams and Ron Teare. This orchestra tours and performs at Albuquerque schools each year in addition to their regular concert schedule.

Past conductors of the AJS include; Bruce Dalby, Diane Hahn, James Bonnell Jonathan Armerding, and Byron Herrington.

AJS usually rehearses from 9:00 to 12:00 on Saturday mornings at Desert Ridge Middle School (8400 Barstow NE)
