I can't believe we are already at the beginning of our season and am excited to see you all this weekend! Below is our Boot Camp Schedule and a reminder of the Saturday Family Potluck assignments.
I am in need of a few more parent chaperones to help out during Boot Camp this weekend. Volunteers would help in setting up for meals, cleaning up after meals when we are in rehearsal, assisting section coaches as needed, helping during Luminarias 101, and helping with uniform and tshirt sizing. (moms and dads both welcome!) If you are available to help out at any time this weekend, please email your availability to me at email@example.com.
Lastly, AYSP Business Manager Yvonne Ortiz will be at AYSP and available to parents during check-in on Friday from 3:30-5:00PM.

Saturday Family Dinner – Pot-Luck Assignments
All parents are to bring a pot-luck item for our family dinner before our Parent Meeing on Saturday, as assigned below:
Violin/Viola - main dish
Cello - dessert
Bass - 2 bags chips
Woodwind - fruit side dish
Brass - veggie side dish or salad
Percussion - 1 liter each of Coke, Sprite and Root Beer
