Please review the following information carefully – it contains important details about the dress rehearsal and concert. Concerts and dress rehearsals are REQUIRED activities for participation in the AYSP. If for any reason you/your student may be absent, you must speak with your conductor to discuss the situation ASAP.
YO Dress Rehearsal – Saturday, November 10th, 11:15am – 1:00pm (required)
Report Time: 10:30am
End Time: 1:00pm
Location: Students should enter Popejoy Hall (very quietly – as YS will be on stage finishing their rehearsal) through the loading dock.
HARP should quietly leave instrument backstage, then meet the rest of the YO downstairs, underneath the stage.

You may then go up the East Stairs to wait in the hall with your instrument and music until you are invited to the stage for rehearsal.
At 11:05am your parent managers will lead you up the East Stairs to the stage.
After rehearsal, exit Stage Right and go back down the East Stairs to your cases.
Parents are welcome to sit in the auditorium and listen to the dress rehearsal.

Ticket Vouchers: AYSP student ticket vouchers will be handed out before dress rehearsal. These ticket vouchers are for AYSP student use only and must be exchanged by the student for a ticket at "Will Call", or the box office the day of the concert.
