We host this annual raffle as one of the fundraising opportunities to help families meet their $100 fundraising expectation. The 2016 Raffle raised over $25,000 for AYSP, and the 2017 Raffle raised over $30,000. We hope to raise even more this year with our exciting raffle prizes!
This past week we sent a flyer home with students listing the swag prizes they and their ensemble can win upon selling tickets. Find the flyer HERE.
Our prizes this year are:
Prize 1: Season subscriptions for two to the 2018/2019 season (3 performances) of Opera Southwest, paired with gift certificates to Scalo Northern Italian Grill, St. Clair Winery & Bistro and Vinaigrette.
Prize 2: One Hot Air Balloon ride for two passengers including a post-flight champagne or sparkling cider celebration.
Prize 3: Four tickets to the Isotopes, including a stadium tour.
Prize 4: Gift certificates for two to Betty’s Bath & Day Spa and Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm restaurant.
Prize 5: VIP chair seating for two to the NM Philharmonic’s “Nouveau Flamenco” under the stars at the Zoo on Saturday, June 2, 2018 @ 8pm. VIP tickets include premium placement plus a drink coupon per person paired with a gift certificate to Zinc Wine Bar & Bistro.
Prize 6: 2018 Platinum Season passes for two to Cliff’s Amusement Park.
RAFFLE TICKET DISTRIBUTION
We will distribute tickets this week (March 12th – 17th) at rehearsals. Please have your student arrive early to rehearsal to pick up (and sign out) their envelope with 10 raffle tickets during the following times:
YS: Monday, March 12: 6:00pm – 6:30pm
YO: Monday, March 12: 5:45pm – 6:15pm
PSO: Wednesday: March 14: 4:15pm – 4:30pm
YCO: Wednesday: March 14: 6:00pm – 6:30pm
JS: Saturday, March 17: 8:15am – 8:30am
JSO: Saturday, March 17: 8:30am – 8:45am
JO: Saturday, March 17: 8:45am – 9:00am
JB: Saturday, March 17: 9:30am – 10:00am
All unsold tickets, ticket stubs and monies will be due the week of April 16th – 21st.
