Joy Junction will be off to the right just after Prosperity Ave/Bowers Rd
Concert Time: 6:30-7:30pm. In the audience will be the Joy Junction residents. Parents may also attend, however seating is limited.
Pick up Time: Approximately 7:45pm (after tear-down and clean up!
Parent Volunteers: We will have cookies and hot chocolate for the Joy Junction guests during the concert. We need 4-6 volunteers willing to oversee the treat table. Please email our Volunteer Coordinator, Katherine Myers, at email@example.com if you are available.
Attire: Students are to wear nice blue jeans with their program t-shirts. Christmas extras such as santa hats, bows, scarves, etc. are welcome!
What to Bring:
Students MUST bring folding music stands, music, and any accessories they need to perform
Cookies to share (AYSP will provide hot-chocolate)
A pair of socks to donate (men’s, women’s or children’s)
