Luminarias – Sales Forms and Folded Bags due November 7th
Luminaria day is quickly approaching and we want to make sure parents and students are aware of the following:
Completed or uncompleted sales forms are due on November 7, 2016. A few notes related to sales forms:
No donations in the name of the student can be accepted. Only donations to the program.
Please include the form of payment on the order (i.e. check attached, credit card, sending check)
ALL folded bags should be returned by November 7, 2016. Bags are due even if you are not participating in sales and delivery.
Calling Parties are scheduled from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on 11/5, 11/12 (a new addition) and 11/19 at the AYSP Building. Snacks will be provided. Bring the following:
