Please respond as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you are going to participate in the sales and Luminaria Day portion of this year's fundraiser.
We ask that you respond even if your answer is no, so that we can make sure everybody has seen this.
And if you have an older brother or sister who graduated from the program last year, please tell us their name, so we can give you their customers.
If you choose to participate, then you are agreeing to the following:
1. To make at least two attempts (at different times of the day) to contact the “Customer Lead Forms” you will be provided with.
2. To participate in assembling and delivering luminarias on Saturday, December 3, or the Rain Date on December 10.
If you do not participate in Luminaria Day, you may not receive credit for the luminarias you sell.
The luminaria fundraiser is an AYSP tradition! Every season, AYSP students fold, sell, assemble, and deliver thousands of dozens of luminarias across the Albuquerque metro area to offset tour expenses. This is an optional fundraising opportunity for all students in ensembles that tour [YCO, YO, and YS]. Students who do not go on tour this season may carry over their luminaria credits for the tour next season.
We rely on donations from generous individuals and businesses like you to provide symphonic performance experiences to Albuquerque’s talented young musicians and access to music education for students in need.
