We are excited about moving forward on the Luminaria fundraising project. There are a couple of updates and key dates that are import to the project that will be upon us quickly. Please note the following:
Luminaria Bags- To date we have not received folded bags from 80 students. It is imperative that the folded bags be brought to AYSP as soon as possible, as inventory is necessary to ensure all orders can be met. ALL Youth Symphony, Youth Orchestra and Youth Concert Orchestra students are required to fold a minimum of 40 dozen bags.
Luminaria Orders- If you did the fundraiser opt-in, orders are due to AYSP by Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Completed order forms may be brought to rehearsal each week, even if your entire packet has not been completed, to assist us in entering the order information into the system. Please remember to note on the order form if the customer is paying by mail-in check, online or upon delivery.
Luminaria Calling Parties- On November 5th and 19th we will be hosting luminaria calling parties at the AYSP facility from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All students participating in luminaria fundraising are welcome! Come get additional calling lists and place more orders. The more orders you place, the more money you fundraise for your tour account. Pizza and beverages will be provided by ASYP Board members. This is a great opportunity for students to increase their sales totals.
