Raffle Tickets - Deadline March 7
All money, raffle ticket stubs and unsold raffle tickets must be turned into AYSP at the rehearsal on March 7th.
Students who sell 5 tickets will receive an AYSP headset and students who sell 20 or more raffle tickets will receive a limited edition AYSP Hoodie.
The drawing will be held at the Burque Derby: A Kentucky Derby Bash which will be held on May 7, 2016. If you would like more information about this event, please visit our website at burquederby.com.

Concert Ticket Distribution - March 14
Concert tickets will be available at the rehearsal on 3/14. Please come to rehearsal knowing how many tickets you would like to check out. Tickets sell for $10 each and for each ticket a student sells, $5 will go into their tour account. Unsold tickets and money are to be turned in at the rehearsal on 4/11. This is a great way to earn money for the the student's tour account and to fill Popejoy!

Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, April 16 from 8:30am-10:00am Concert: Sunday, April 17 at 7:30pm
(Students - do you know where your uniforms is? And does it still fit? If you need to order a uniform, please contact Miss Myers by March 11th. Cost is $65.
Phoenix / San Diego Tour - June 9-14
If you are participating in the tour, the final tour payment is due April 1st. Tour statements will be mailed out by March 16th. For each concert ticket sold, $5 can be subtracted from the balance due.
