Uniforms - Action Required

ALL students in AYSP Youth Ensembles (YS, YO, YCO) must wear an AYSP uniform for concerts. Please review the requirements below for boys vs. girls and be prepared with your selection at rehearsal on Wednesday, August 24.

Girls Dress Requirement: Girls are required to purchase a uniform dress through AYSP for $65.00. Once a dress has been purchased, it may be worn for multiple years. If your student outgrows the dress during her time in AYSP, you may purchase a new one at the beginning of the season. However, she MUST let the parent manager know at rehearsal that she needs a new dress and request a fitting.

Fitting: Girls who do not own a uniform dress from last season (or any girl requesting a new uniform dress) will be fit at rehearsal by August 31st. During your fitting, you will receive a uniform order form that must be signed and returned by September 7th. If you will miss rehearsal on August 24th or 31st (and did not complete your fitting), please contact Bea Strong (bea@aysmusic.org) to schedule a time for a fitting before September 7th. We recommend ordering on the larger side to ensure that the dress fits the following year.

Payment: Payment in the amount of $65 is due by Monday, October 3rd. Payments may be dropped off at rehearsal by cash or check (be sure to label with your name and "uniform") or made online through this link at any time - http://www.aysmusic.org/uniforms. For families who received tuition assistance this season, payments are due by Monday, November 7th.

Boys Jacket Options: Boys must own a black suit jacket. They have the option of ordering a jacket through AYSP or purchasing a jacket on their own. Jackets purchased through AYSP are $65.00.

Fitting: All boys will be asked at rehearsal if they would like to purchase their jacket through AYSP or not. All boys opting to purchase through AYSP will be fit at rehearsal by August 31st.
