Urgent Deadlines - Tour Contracts, Tickets, Luminarias
Dear YO Students
Tour Contracts and Deposit due November 7th
Tour contracts and the $200 deposit are due next Monday, November 7th. This is a FIRM DEADLINE. If you do not sign-up by November 7th, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
Please remember you will need a valid passport in order to travel to Canada.
Concert Tickets - Money and Unsold Tickets due November 11th
Tickets for the November 13th concert were passed out at the last two rehearsals. If your student checked out more tickets than you think they can sell, please return them this Monday, November 7th so that we may check them out to another student. We passed out all the tickets and do not have enough to distribute to students who would like to sell.
All money and unsold tickets are to be turned in no later than the dress rehearsal on November 11th. Unsold, unreturned tickets will be subject to fees.
Luminarias – Sales Forms and Folded Bags due November 7th
Luminaria day is quickly approaching and we want to make sure parents and students are aware of the following:
Completed or uncompleted sales forms are due on November 7, 2016. A few notes related to sales forms:
No donations in the name of the student can be accepted. Only donations to the program.
Please include the form of payment on the order (i.e. check attached, credit card, sending check)
ALL folded bags should be returned by November 7, 2016. Bags are due even if you are not participating in sales and delivery.
Calling Parties are scheduled from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on 11/5, 11/12 (a new addition) and 11/19 at the AYSP Building. Snacks will be provided. Bring the following:
